My students are gritty- they come in every day ready to work hard and grow their brains. No matter what has happened at home or the day before, they work their hardest to show grit. My students are curious- they are always asking questions (most of which I don't know the answer to!), trying new things, and reading about new places. They love conducting experiments and figuring out why things happen. My students are funny- they have a unique perspective on life and help me to see the magic in the world. They love to laugh, play games, and have fun. My students are voracious readers- they LOVE to read and talk about their books.
