In our art studio, we have three large tables that seat four to seven students each. Currently, we have very old stools around our tables. Slowly, these are breaking. Many of the stools that I have found unsafe due to broken pieces of metal protruding and being stable have been removed. This is creating an issue in class, and we have no budget for new seats! Many of the stools are also different heights, and students are uncomfortable. I feel if we had new stools at our tables, students would feel safer, more comfortable, and more engaged in the art making process!
