New tables and chairs will allow my students to have an interactive classroom that promotes high achievement and creativity. Tables will allow students to work together in teams thus enhancing student satisfaction with the learning experience. Cooperative learning develops higher level thinking skills and significantly improves oral communication skills. Working at the tables in heterogeneous groups creates an environment where all students feel supported and included. My students love to work collaboratively and show off their creative sides. These new tables will allow them to experience a whole new way to learn. Students will work together to create projects, models, and posters to show off their mastery of a subject or concept.

About my class
