Thank you for supporting the students at Newfield Elementary School. It is my job to help any student in our school who may be struggling to be successful academically, emotionally, or socially. Many of our students are economically disadvantaged in a wealthy part of the country. The achievement gap is vast and growing quickly. They do not have access to some of the materials, technology and supports in school or at home that their more wealthy peers are able to use on a daily basis. The teachers in my building are forced to do more with less and less every year. It is my job to support the individual needs of the students at Newfield and am looking for the support to do that.

About my class
