There are many times during the day that my students need open access to materials. During math instruction students often need hands-on assistance when tackling math problems. Students use these manipulatives during our "Explore" portion of the math lesson. By donating to this project you will be giving my students open access to the materials that they need to maximize their learning potential. During literacy rotations I am occupied with small groups while students complete independent literacy related tasks. To successfully complete their literacy tasks, students must have access to materials such mentor texts, magnetic letters and other materials. These materials are currently placed on a shelf behind my small group table. With your help my students will have open access to the materials that they need to be successful.
