My students are always eager to learn new things through interactive, engaging activities. They love to be challenged in their learning and often times request to be challenged! They come in every morning excited about solving problems and reading. Their eyes light up when they realize they've read an entire book. Many of my students come in saying they did not have a pencil at home to complete homework or crayons to color a picture they drew for me. While some of my students lack resources, support, and supplies needed at home, they all come to school ready to learn. To ensure each student's needs are met, we use different learning strategies and strategic grouping. These students are very bright and can't wait to learn more. I will always be grateful for them and consider myself lucky to be their teacher.
