I am fortunate to teach smart, charming and highly curious second-grade students. Their inquisitiveness keeps me on my toes and I'm always on the lookout for new projects, ways to expand our classroom library, and getting enough supplies to keep that interest high. Most of the children in my class are second-language learners whose parents speak little or no English. That motivates me even more to do whatever I can to see that these wonderful students are given every opportunity to succeed.
