My dream is to create a reading nook in my classroom where students can spend their free reading time out of their desks, if they so choose. After the last year of online learning, hybrid learning, and in-person learning with extreme caveats, my hope is to create a space where students can take a break from the fluorescent lighting of the traditional classroom (with cool LED lights) and enjoy their free reading time in comfort and peace. As a brand new teacher, I am entering into a blank slate of a classroom - help me make it comfortable, clean, and welcoming!
