My students face many challenges. They attend a poverty-stricken urban elementary school with limited resources. Most are native Spanish speakers, so they must attempt to learn a new language as they also work on learning the basics. For many of them Transitional Kindergarten is their first experience with school. My students are a fun, curious, and energetic group. They are enthusiastic about school and learning, and they crave a rich learning environment full of materials to explore. Your generous donations will provide them with valuable tools that will enrich their explorations of academic concepts and the world. Thank you!
