If you have yet to hear about flexible seating, it is when traditional desks and tables are replaced by different types of arrangements providing students with choices about which arrangements help them work best. In my inclusive classroom, all of my lessons are differentiated to meet the individual needs of my students. I would like their seating arrangements to be differentiated as well to meet their needs. Teachers that have moved towards flexible seating say they will never go back. To prepare my students to work in today's world, they need to be ready to collaborate with others, which flexible seating lends itself to well. Students will also be more comfortable, which will improve their physical health. Please help my students and I make this dream a reality :)
