The kindergartens in Room 210 are excited for the year ahead and eager to learn! We're located in a gentrifying neighborhood where many families are finding it hard to make ends meet. A supportive and warm school environment is essential for helping our kiddos learn and even more essential for making all families--especially those experiencing hardship--feel welcome. In Room 210, we inspire creativity and curiosity in kindergartners by offering hands-on, culturally relevant projects--but resources fro projects--but resources for those projects are already running low and it;s only November. Our students are energetic, thoughtful, inquisitive, kind and ready to take on the world. We want to be sure they have all they need to do just that. That's why teachers have gone above and beyond to donate their own supplies and weekend time to be sure all students can benefit from project-based learning.
