The light table and building materials will make a huge difference in our students' learning. Our students love to build but our resources are limited for science, technology, engineering and math. The gentle glow of the light table naturally draws preschoolers in and can help extend their attention spans while enhancing their higher thinking skills. Children tend to stay for longer periods of time with a light table, and this can give us more opportunities to expand their learning experience. The materials we are asking for are all open-ended and will give the children the opportunity to use their imagination.
