I teach elementary students who are diverse in culture, socioeconomic levels, and learning abilities. I have students in my classroom that are English learners, students with special needs, and gifted learners. My students are energetic, smart, and eager to learn. They thrive on hands-on learning opportunities, inquiry based projects, and challenges that allow them to create and find solutions. Our school is a dependent charter located in Southern California. We are a science, technology and arts integration charter. We use the Next Generation Science Standards and incorporate technology and the arts into learning the science curriculum. My students need me to support them in interesting and new ways to keep their enthusiasm and love for learning alive!
