Sport stacking is a fitness-based sport that appeals to all students with varying backgrounds and abilities. This activity will be perfect for my melting pot of students. It will promote fitness, achievement, and inclusiveness. Participating in relay race style competitions while stacking the cups will give my students improved fitness levels in the following categories: • hand-eye coordination • speed and reaction time • right, left brain activation/bilateral coordination • Exercise for the body and energizer for the brain • Focus, concentration, and ambidexterity • Moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA) Using speed stacks in physical education classes will help my students become better learners in the classroom.
