My students are a diverse bunch of individuals that come from many different backgrounds. We have many different ethnicities, cultures and languages in our class and because our school is a magnet, they and I come from many scattered parts of our considerable geographical area. This means that all of us have to get up before dawn, but they do it, because they love our school and the opportunities it gives them. I love my students; they are all talented and motivated people who appreciate school and know that it is a springboard to bigger and better things. I want this project to be funded because I want to help them expand their horizons by doing hands-on Chemistry.
