I am a 2nd grade Spanish/English dual immersion teacher in a low income neighborhood school in Northern California. All of my students are Second Language Learners. Ninety-one (91%) percent of my students are eligible for free or reduced price lunch. 100% of them are bilingual and on their way to becoming bi-literate.
