Dry-erase boards are the next wave in learning. My students would use these daily, during math, social studies, and reading. We sit collectively on the rug, and work through math problem sets, answering questions about social studies, and finding key topics and details in reading. Dry-erase boards provide endless opportunities for practice, practice, and more practice. I can easily guide students to correct their mistakes when their work is done on dry erase boards. These boards make teaching more efficient, as they are also bigger than paper, so I can check their work quickly, and assist them quicker as well. I also aim to use less paper in the classroom, and dry-erase boards make that goal a reality.
