The 24 students in my classroom are the hardest working kindergartners I have had yet. They enjoy working with partners and in small groups to discover new math topics and strengthen their knowledge in old math topics. Our school is located in a suburb of a big city. The students come from many cultural backgrounds. Half our class speaks another language at home! Our school has around 500 students from kindergarten to sixth grade.
