Our school district is a small school corporation located in Southern Indiana, servicing K-12 students. CMS is the middle school and includes grades 5-8 and has an enrollment of about 420 energetic young people. Our school runs a traditional seven period day for our sixth, seventh and eighth grade students and a traditional elementary school setting for our fifth graders. We offer a variety of opportunities for our students including three foreign languages, physical education, visual art, music, band, chorus, technology, current events and drama. We encourage our students to participate in extra-curricular activities from student council to athletics. The majority of our students are from low income families, with over 75% of our students receiving free/reduced lunch.
