I am currently creating At-Home Learning Kits for each of my Young 5's students to encourage additional at-home practice during our virtual instruction days! Students at this age learn best through hands-on and engaging materials, and this project allows me to provide exceptional learning manipulatives for my students to use while they are away from our classroom. I have already compiled numerous activities for my students for use in these Tool Kits (including name activities, number cards, and alphabet cards), and now I am looking to finalize the project with the materials presented here! The colorful buttons will be used for sorting activities, the Unifix cubes allow for patterning and counting, and the double-sided counters teach one-to-one correspondence and counting skills. The Legos also allow children to engage in STEM building and creative play! Thank you for your consideration!
