Flexible seating has been proven through research to help students focus as well as improve test scores and overall performance. All of the materials I am requesting already have a special place in my classroom. With your help, you can help make my vision a reality for my eager 3rd graders. The wobble cushions will be used on the floor or on regular seats to give students an option to sit in a seat which allows for slight wiggling. The high top stools will be matched with the high top tables for students to work in a non-traditional setting. The high top tables will also serve as standing desks. The wobble stools will be paired with a regular sized table for students who need to sit while being able to move around. The book bins will be used to store student materials since my traditional desks will be removed from my room. The stackable stools will be used at my guided reading table while I work with small groups. The flex space comfy floor seats will allow students a more comfortable seat to independent read around the room.
