Headphones help keep students focused and engaged by reducing outside noise and distractions while using an iPad or device. Research has shown that by limiting distractions, students are more invested in their learning and are better able to comprehend the material. Additionally, the use of wireless headphones will assist in a more effective and efficient set up time for students. Students will be able to independently get their headphones and log on to necessary learning tools without the distraction and time constraints of cords and wires. It is important to give students as much independence throughout the classroom as possible. The greater independence my students have the more time I have available to address student needs.
