When you come into our classroom you will notice 23 fourth graders eagerly learning. My students don't let the many challenges that their inner city neighborhood presents, dampen their eagerness to learn. Many of the students are first generation Americans and know that school is the best place to begin overcoming these social challenges. You will hear English and several dialects of Spanish spoken. My students continually alternate between their native Spanish and their emerging English. They all enthusiastically blend their diverse cultures to create a unique learning environment. They constantly amaze me with their energetic quest for knowledge. This amazement persistently motivates me to find new ways to expand their inquiring minds. Please consider donating to our classroom. Your donation will help to expand 23 children's educational experiences. You will also be amazed at what your donation can do.
