Having the Apple Tv in my classroom will allow me to create a more mobile classroom through wireless teaching. I will be able to interact with students while still projecting resources for our lesson. I will have them using apps like Explain Everything, a collaborative whiteboard, that allows students to explain how they solved problems to the classroom. We have an iPad in class for them to do so but unfortunately the class cannot share their screen for the whole class to see. 5th grade students are at an age where they need to be heard and can really engage in deeper thinking. Students can research, use all types of multimedia, demonstrate their knowledge, and learn to use technology to further their learning. The Apple Tv will allow them to do this by allowing students to project their learning up on the screen.
