I teach 26 bright, creative, 3rd graders. My class has 14 girls and 12 boys. The girls often try to takeover but the boys hold their own! My class is the inclusion room for all of 3rd grade. This means about 25% of my class are students with Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and/or 504 (behavior/medical plans). I love the dynamic this brings to my class because all of my students work together. Our class values each other and our uniqueness. We demonstrate this by being kind to our classmates, offering support and encouragement.
