We are a first grade classroom in a suburban setting. Our students have a diverse background in both ability and ethnicity, however we all share the same goal to become better readers, writers and mathematicians than the day before. We engage in a reading, writing and math workshop curriculum, which enables students to explore reading, writing and math in a whole group, small group and individual setting.
