As you know the way we use technology has completely transformed the way we live our lives. Technology, along with great instruction, has a positive impact on the education process. In my classroom we will be using the laptops for research and creating presentations for Project Based Learning and using interactive online notebooks. Students will be able to read books from our online library and also respond to peers through our interactive class blog. I would love to integrate Google classroom as a daily tool in all subject areas and having the laptops would allow me to do just that. As teachers learn new ways to integrate technology in the classroom students are using advanced technology to shape how they learn! Overall technology helps make learning more fun in the classroom. Subjects that seem boring become more interesting through the use of virtual lessons, through a video or creating a fun project, thus providing alternative learning opportunities. Using technology prepares students for the future of the ever increasing digital marketplace.
