My students have very little access to technology at home and that it what the world revolves around in this day in time. I want my students to be able to be familiar with technology and be well prepared to enter the real-world with skills that will allow them to be successful. Moving to a paperless classroom is my dream for a school that has limited resources and ability to purchase all of the supplies needed to give my students the best education I can provide for them while they are under my wing. They would be able to put so many programs to good use to improve their reading skills, math fluency and skills, and computer skills, which gives me the ability to provide them with SO MUCH MORE. and be more efficient. Our school has several programs that can be used as additional resources for struggling students, but we are unable to properly use all of them because we only have limited access to the computer lab.
