Hi! I am Mrs. Kate Wright! My assistant, Mrs. Monica Keith and I teach a class of Grade 3, 4 and 5 students with Mild Intellectual Disabilities. Our class is awesome! Our students rise to every challenge we give them. They are the best students, and they give all their best in their academics, extra-curricular activities and behavior. Movement is an integral part of our classroom. We move all day long in our kinesthetic classroom with our flexible seating options, collaborative classroom set-up, action-based lessons and brain-boosters throughout the day. We believe that despite our students abilities are their remarkable abilities to try and put forth their utmost effort. Because of this, we have succeeded in every endeavor that our class undertakes.
