Early childhood preschool teacher. I provide special education services to students 3-5 years old. Services are provided in the school setting. Research shows that early intervention provides students with the best opportunity to succeed in their academic career. It is vital to have the current play based centers available to each and every student. The use of age appropriate learning toys would provide equal access to every student. Students would have access to center/toys that they would normally never have the opportunity to use. My goal is to provide students with the access they require to succeed using various modalities. The play based centers can provide interactive lessons at every student's level. It will also promote student to engage in learning through play. Our goal is to close the gap for our students as same age peers before they go to Kindergarten.
