The time clock system to help my students in my new culinary program to learn how to be responsible in clocking in every day and can apply this in the real world. The students will also be able to use the knife set and utensils to learn different knife cuts and techniques used in the culinary field. The pictures and posters will be visual aids that the students can use daily to familiarize themselves for testing purposes. All other materials will help the students retain the different cuts of beef and the various cuts of others meats that they will be tested on. All other items will be used on a daily basis in the classroom.
