My school has about 300 students. Many students are migrant students that have been to several schools in their educational career. Many of my children are from low income families that have little exposure to other cultures, higher level vocabulary, or basic math skills. Unfortunately, these factors result in many of my students being below a 3rd grade level. However, my students are always looking to achieve their goals and learn as much as they can. Their many small accomplishments add up to huge gains in their confidence.

About my class
