As a teacher of young children, I understand how important movement can be for the brain. Students need the freedom to move in order to stay focused on their learning. Even adults need to have those sensory experiences to get the most out of instruction. I want to provide my students with those opportunities on a daily basis. Children engage in their learning when they are given choices and feel comfortable in their environment. Allowing my students to choose where they sit and what they sit on will empower them to take charge of their learning. They are the future!

About my class
