Our classroom is filled with second graders that are very eager to learn. However, most of these students come from low-income housing which effects their educational experience at times. Many of them do not have a large amount of educational support at home, so they depend on their peers, classroom, and teacher to make their educational experience valuable. They are active students who love to be engaged in a good lesson or project. Many of them do not have technology at home, so they look forward to using as much technology and other 21st century skills in the classroom as much as possible.

About my class
