Encouraging children at a young age to have their eyes on a variety of print encourages them to become avid readers. I am asking for six different leveled library book collections and a set of Serravallo Go-To-Books. The larger the classroom library with the best authors and exciting titles, the more likely children won’t put down a book. By having these books purchased my students will be able to shop for more books weekly. These titles will also encourage children to explore a variety of fiction and nonfiction. The whisper phones will help the children with their fluency and listening to themselves as they read. Please consider donating. This will help encourage many more than 19 students to read and become avid readers and learners.
