Imagine sitting at an uncomfortable desk and doing work for 8 hours (You can get up for a 30-minute lunch and for a 30-minute "break"). Sounds horrible, doesn't it? Imagine doing this in the body of an energetic 5th grader! We accommodate students with their seating preferences and auditory and visual needs, and there is a huge increase in interest and desire to learn. Our students deserve a flexible classroom so that rather than becoming uncomfortable and unfocused, they can make the best of their learning experiences.
