Students will be able to come into my classroom before school, during lunch, after school, and during class to complete the technological tasks necessary to keep up with their peers. They will complete research, engage in interactive activities, and complete online assignments. Students will utilize Google Drive to complete most of their lessons in Language Arts. They will go through the writing process for autobiographical narratives, expository essays, research essays, and argumentative essays. They will use the iPad to complete their pre-writing, drafting, peer-editing, revising, editing, and publishing. In Social Studies they will explore ancient civilizations through Discovery Education videos, images, and interactive activities. They will work as groups utilizing Google Slides to create presentations on their own imaginary civilization which will include the seven features of a civilization.
