Great students need a chance! Our school has been the poorest elementary school in the state several times, but that can't hold us down. With over 70% non-native English speakers, and over 90% free and reduced lunch and below-poverty families, my 4th graders come to me with many challenges. Thankfully we work hard together for 2 years to constantly improve ourselves and our world.
