Our school is a Title 1 school in Pennsylvania. We have a wide range of families and many who are very low-income. As stated in my classroom description they are so wonderfully diverse and come with a wide range of beliefs and conceptions. My group needs extra support this year and lots of motivation. The students I have the privilege of teaching this year have a high interest in STEM. Their eyes light up and are engaged during my STEM lessons. Some of the students will be experiencing real world and technological activities this year for the first time.
