These materials I chose will make a difference in my students' learning in so many ways! The microphones will support my students who demonstrate great challenges with writing and need the speech to text accommodation. These microphones will allow my students to convert their human voices into written words. The charging port will allow for my students to more efficiently charge their classroom iPads in a more organized way, rather than having to search for outlets and leave the iPads laying all around the classroom. Students learn best through fun, highly engaging lessons and activities, and that is exactly what BrainPop has to offer. I was able to use BrainPop this school year with my students by paying monthly for my own subscription. With that being said, it was worth every penny because the learning that I saw emerge through the use of BrainPop's resources and materials was just incredible. Lastly, having a classroom laminator would make a huge difference in my students' learning by allowing me to provide my students with high quality visuals that I can save and reuse year to year. With the end of my first year of teaching having just come to an end, I have learned so much about my students and their needs. I am confidant that these materials will be a wonderful addition to my students' learning.
