Our district subscribes to two researched based online programs for K-2 students. These programs allow students to receive immediate feedback and also engages them into game based learning. Our school only has one computer lab with 24 computers, which serves 300+ students. With our current classroom capacity at 32 students, it is impossible for my entire class to be served in our school's computer lab at one time. Receiving Chromebooks would ensure that my students will have the opportunity practice math and literacy skills everyday. It also would help to motivate students by keeping their learning interesting, relevant and enjoyable. Kids love technology and they truly enjoy this method of learning.
