My students come from very diverse backgrounds. I would like my students to all be on equal footing when it comes to their education and resources. They are excited to learn and extremely bright. I have first generation Americans in my class mixed in with students that have had their great-grandparents attend our school. It is a country school that is slowly getting more of a city feel. This makes our classroom such a wonderful display of diversity- and I love it!
