We are a brand new color guard program and we currently do not have any supplies. The students are in great need of basic tools that are essential to maintain their equipment. We are in need of several essential items for the success of our team. The majority of these items like the carriage bolts, screw drivers, scissors and storage box are a one time purchase that will last us many years. We use the bolts to weight our flags so they spin properly when thrown in the air. The other tools are used to maintain our equipment. On the other hand the tape we need is a yearly need for us. We use the tape to properly secure our flags, this is very important for safety reasons so our bolts don't go flying across the field and hit someone. The students are very excited for this new program and the upcoming performance season. With the completion of this project it gives the students a great start on the things they need to be able to perform and look their best.
