Where do you do your best work? For me, it's usually on the floor with a pillow, or on my comfy blue chair by my floor lamp. So, why would that look any different in the classroom? I have two wobble cushions, a few pillows, and two unique chairs in the classroom for my students to use to help them concentrate and work comfortably. I would like more flexible seating and table options for small-group and independent work that I can rely on for years to come. Learning happens the most when kids feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Flexible seating and tables will allow freedom and movement for students to ensure all of their needs are met.
