This project provides positive approaches for some of my students that have limited language skills. This encourages their language skills, socialization, along with learning letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. The fundamentals needs in Early Childhood. Making books with my students (by using the ink, paper, and printer) with pictures and activities that they have done, is a positive experience for my students and they enjoy looking at the books over and over. We make Letter Books, Number Books, Shape Books, and All About Me. Parents end up keeping these as keepsakes. The children also enjoy sharing and playing OSMO games together. I prefer these over other iPad games because the students use real materials. This makes the experience in hands-on.
