The materials that I am requesting for my classroom will help my students on a daily basis throughout our day, but especially during centers. The students will use the pencils, dry erase markers, and paper protectors for practice with handwriting, and sight words during word work. The sight word deck will be used for pairs to quiz each other. The clipboards will be used for handwriting and writing when they're in a different area other than a desk and need something hard and sturdy to write on. I will use the giant push pins to make a word wall flip book. Lastly, I will use the scented markers to put smiley faces on papers and to make anchor charts...the kids LOVE them! The day to day supplies and organizational tools really help for a smooth day where the students can learn to be independent and successful. The large organizational wheeled cart will hold all of our center materials and doesn't always have to stay in the same place! The 3 tray desk letter holder will be used to hold turned in assignments, homework and notes from home. The mailboxes will be used to hand back papers, notes, handouts, and homework to each student independently. The donations to this project will help to improve my students' learning, organization, and daily routines. I would truly appreciate any help you have to offer! Thank you!
