Our classroom is located in a suburban neighborhood with 24 of the most fun-loving and happy 2nd and 3rd graders. Our classroom is very multicultural. We have students who have recently immigrated to the United States from various countries around the world. Some of which include: India, Germany, Russia, Ecuador, and Mexico. Our classroom also has many busy students who engage in horseback riding, baseball, soccer, girl scouts, boy scouts, taekwondo, and gymnastics. These 24 students are excited to learn. Students are constantly asking for more homework, love having time to read in the classroom, ask for more Writer's Workshop time, and make sure there is also time for read aloud. I have never seen a group of students who love to learn and love to learn from each other as much as my students.
