These sensory items are going to be used throughout the school day to help my students with disabilities succeed. I hope these items will help them emotionally and physically so they can work through their curriculum stress free. My goal is to grow their independence/life skills. The trampoline and wobble board will be used for movement breaks, as well as to build gross motor skills. The ear plugs and tent are for my friends who become overwhelmed and need a place to feel safe. I want to help my friends learn and understand that school can be their safe space where they can be their true self.

About my class
