I am the lucky 3rd grade teacher of 22 amazing children. My students look forward to coming to school every day, and they show a love for learning. English is not the first language for many of my students. They come from very diverse backgrounds and have a wide variety of academic needs. My students enjoy new opportunities to explore and engage in hands on learning activities. Our school is the largest elementary school in the city, with over 600 students. The families in our community come from a hardworking, low income area in Connecticut.
