All my kids are bright and inquisitive ninth through twelfth grade students from a small San Francisco Bay Area town. We have a very diverse population from a variety of socio-ecomonic backgrounds. Unfortunately, many of our students are a little burned out by too much book work and not enough real world experiences. We teachers do all we can, but with all the standardized testing and budget cuts, our students are not getting out of the classroom enough.
